Jana Weiss has a Ph.D. in Environmental Chemistry. Her current research focus is on the analysis of organic environmental pollutants in a wide range of matrices. She has solid knowledge within the field of analytical and organic chemistry, quality assurance/control and statistical evaluation. She is experienced in the field of toxicology implementing the Effect-Directed Analysis (EDA) approach which combines fractionation techniques and bioassays to guide the identification of key toxicants. Since 2012, she has been a member of the IPCP board.
