IPCP Policy Brief: Conflicts of interest in the assessment of chemicals, waste and pollution

An updated policy brief for the first session of the Plenary of the Intergovernmental Science-Policy Panel on Chemicals, Waste and Pollution (ISP-CWP P1) in Geneva, Switzerland on 2-6 February 2026 can be found here.

The International Panel on Chemical Pollution (IPCP) prepared this policy brief on addressing the chemical industry’s role in the Science-Policy Panel to contribute further to the sound management of chemicals and waste and to prevent pollution.
